Returns Refunds Policy
RETURNS:
Our returns policy is strictly within 30 days of the date your purchased goods are delivered. The date your goods are delivered will be recorded by the shipping company. If more than 30 days have passed from the date of receiving your goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must contact us to apply for a refund or exchange immediately upon delivery of your goods as returns within acceptable conditions are only applicable if we receive your returns application with tracking number within 30 days of the items being shipped to you.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain items where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Upon acceptable return of your goods (i.e. posted back within 30 days of being delivered to you) and once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
REFUNDS (if applicable):
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the agreed terms of providing the refund:
- If a faulty product was your reason for a refund, we will apply your refund immediately, or
- If it is a return for other reasons, the refund will be applied upon receipt, inspection and acceptance of the returned goods (please thoroughly review

Please note that any shipping costs are not included in any refunds. Only the cost of the approved item(s) will be refunded.
If you are expecting a refund but have not received it yet, please check:
- Your bank account, and/or
- Contact your credit card company
As it may take some processing time from the financial institution before your refund is officially applied.

SALE ITEMS (if applicable):
Only regular, full priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale, discontinued, short expiry, run out or expired stock cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable):
We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a replacement, please send us an email at shop@thehealthyhousehold.com.au - unless items are documented and approved as damaged or missing through the approved shipping company, if you wish to exchange a product for another, you will be required to return the item to us at your own cost to ship, once we receive and inspect the item as being in re-saleable condition, we will let you know. If the exchangeable item has an additional cost to the original item we will invoice you, plus the flat rate fee of $10.95 to re-ship the exchanged item to you.
GIFTS:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received ;
RETURNS ADDRESS:
To return a product, please contact us (Vaetis@ooutlook.com) to request our return shipping address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You should send us the item’s tracking details once it has been shipped.
